Founder & CEO
Kiana Moore is a nationally recognized health advocate, data strategist, systems thinker, and change driver with over two decades of experience transforming how organizations use data to achieve measurable impact. As the founder and CEO of Moore Consulting, she partners with mission-driven teams across health care, public health, and health policy to turn complex data into actionable insights that fuel growth, influence legislation, improve care, and deepen community engagement.
Kiana is known for her rare ability to blend analytics with advocacy, program implementation, and outcomes-driven planning—helping organizations move beyond spreadsheets and dashboards to build data strategies that lead to real change. She anchors her approach in her signature IMPACT Framework™, a proprietary, practical model that empowers organizations to align data with their mission, make confident, data-informed decisions, and continuously improve outcomes.
She is exceptionally skilled at helping organizations use data to drive change, tell persuasive stories, and identify the necessary information to achieve their desired impact.
